1.What are the carriers used to ship my order and how much does it cost?
Answer: We ship orders via Evri standard delivery tracked mail. 2.78£ shipping charges apply for UK orders.

2.Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?
Answer: Yes, please contact us immediately via chat or email, info@relievenutrition.com, before the order ships, and we will make the change for you.

3.After I place my order, when will it be processed and shipped?
Answer: All orders are processed and shipped within 24 hours of ordering. Once processed and shipped, orders will be delivered between 2 and 4 working days.

4.How can I track my order?
Answer: Once the order is processed, you will receive an email with your tracking information. You will be able to track your parcel on the courier website with your tracking number.

5.My package has never been delivered, what should I do?
Answer: If you believe your package may be delayed, lost, or delivered to the wrong address, please contact us via chat or email, info@relievenutrition.com. The Relieve Nutrition team will help you locate your order or, if necessary, reship it quickly.
